Job Description

• We are looking to recruit a CFO with a strong track record in high growth businesses
• Working closely with the Senior Management team you will have full ownership of all financial, accounting and reporting aspects of the business
• You will play an instrumental role in shaping the strategy of the business building and mentoring the finance team and putting in place plans for succession
• The role would suit a candidate seeking a transformation role for a 6 to 12 month period.

Requirements

• This role would ideally suit a candidate with experience of working as a Finance Director or CFO for Private Equity or Venture Capital backed companies
• Experience of working for a business with a presence in Africa would be hugely advantageous as would exposure to the Energy, Consumer, Industrial or Financial Services sectors
• You must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in high growth businesses with an international footprint.

Salary120,000-150,000 Pounds.
